Join Mishka for From the Ashes—a powerful journey of release, healing, and empowerment. As a kickboxing instructor and yoga teacher, Mishka has poured her heart into creating this experience, designed to help you awaken strength you didn’t know was there.
The evening begins with a sacred fire ceremony—cleansing, releasing, and transmuting what no longer serves you into light.
Then, an empowering, kickboxing-inspired shadow boxing session. Sweat, punch, move, and let go in a deeply healing, visceral way. No experience needed—just a willingness to show up and unleash.
Finally, the practice shifts into deep, restorative yoga. A time to integrate, rest, and be held after the intensity of release.
