What is a Healing Session?
A Healing Session with me is a deeply personal and unique experience—completely customized to your needs. This is a blend of energy healing and bodywork, intuitively guided to meet you wherever you are on your journey.

Who is a Healing Session for?
A Healing Session is for anyone who feels called to work with me. If you are ready to take the next step in your journey—even if you are not sure what that step may be—this session is a great way to learn, explore, and heal.
What happens during a Healing Session?
A Healing Session is completely customized to you and your needs. Every session is different.
First, we connect (video call, phone call, or face-to-face if in person) to discuss what’s going on, how you’re feeling, and what you need support with.
Then, we shift into the session.
FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS:
You will be on the table for 90 minutes, during which I will use a blend of energy healing, bodywork, and channeling to go wherever the session takes us. This may include hands-on techniques such as reflexology, joint mobility work, fascia release, assisted stretching, trauma release exercises, and more.
At the end, I guide you out of your meditative state, and we reconnect to discuss insights, answer questions, and ensure you have the tools for ongoing healing and integration.
FOR VIRTUAL SESSIONS:
If we’re doing a virtual session, you will set up in a quiet, comfortable space while we stay connected via FaceTime, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or phone call (headphones recommended for a more immersive experience).
You’ll lay down in a relaxed position, and I will use deep meditative and hypnotherapy techniques, Reiki, and Shamanic Energy Healing to guide the session. I may also guide you through somatic bodywork practices as needed.
At the end, I will gently guide you out of your meditative state, and we will reconnect to answer any questions and discuss tools for integration.
Is there an Initial Consultation?
Yes! All first-time clients are required to book an Initial Consultation. This is a 2-hour session where we take a deeper dive into your healing journey and create a personalized plan for moving forward. Returning clients can book a Single Session or a Session Package.
What is the added Bodywork done in-person?
Since we are in person, I can use hands-on healing techniques, or Bodywork, to facilitate deeper healing. This may include:

Before your session, we will go over any specific needs or boundaries to ensure you are completely comfortable. Your safety and comfort are my top priorities.
How do Distance Sessions work? Is it as effective as in-person?
Absolutely! Energy work is just as powerful and effective from a distance as it is in person. I do not need to be physically present with you to connect to your energetic body. The main difference is that I cannot perform hands-on bodywork, but I can coach you through self-applied bodywork techniques to incorporate into the session.
How long is a Session?

How do I prepare for a session?
There’s nothing required, but here are some helpful suggestions:

Practice basic meditation for a few days leading up to your session (even just 5-10 minutes a day)

Reflect or journal on your intention and what you’d like to receive from the session

Avoid or limit alcohol and processed foods a few days before the session
What do I need for a Virtual Session?

A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted

Headphones (recommended for a more immersive experience)

A journal or pen & paper to take notes after the session

You are welcome to set a sacred space for yourself (candles, incense, crystals, etc.), but it’s not required
Anything else I should know?

If we are doing an In-Person Session, you will receive the address 24 hours before your session. The Healing Space is located in Old Town, Fort Collins, CO.

Come with an open mind & heart! Release all expectations, and allow yourself to fully surrender to the experience.

Hydrate! Energy work and bodywork can be dehydrating, so drink plenty of water before and after.

Plan for self-care after the session. You may feel different after your session, so allow yourself space to rest and integrate.

How do I book my session?
Booking your session is simple! Here’s how:
1️⃣ Choose Your Session Type – Initial Consultation (first-time clients), Single Session, or a Session Package.
2️⃣ Purchase Your Session – Sessions must be purchased before scheduling. Payment options include:

- Direct Payment (Preferred) – Pay via Venmo, PayPal, or cash/check (saves on fees!).
3️⃣ Schedule Your Session – After purchasing, use the provided booking link to choose your date and time.
